French law firm dedicated to the prevention and resolution of disputes, in France and China
THE LAW FIRM
Lacamp Law is dedicated to the prevention and resolution of disputes.
Our expertise combines French law, Chinese law and international law.
This allows us to represent you in France and China.
We also provide training to companies and assist other law firms with their clients.
Excellence, creativity, combativity and sincerity are the values that guide us in our work.
IN FRANCE
We work in French, English and Chinese. This enables us to negotiate in your best interests and to help you establish or maintain trust with your partners, when drafting a contract or an out-of-court settlement.

We represent you before arbitral and judicial courts, and are able to integrate into our strategy all the specificities of conflicts involving a Chinese party.

We act in civil and commercial matters, as well as in criminal business law.
IN CHINA
We can generally represent French companies directly before Chinese courts and arbitral tribunals.
When required by law, we work with a Chinese law firm that specialises in dispute resolution and that meets our requirements and shares our values.
Convinced that choosing a lawyer is a personal and binding act, it is unthinkable for us to simply pass on your case to our partners : the strategy and the legal documents are set up by our firm in any situation.
Excellence
It is important to us to make sure that nothing is overlooked
A detail can turn a dispute around.

That is why we consider every element and remain meticulous at every stage of the procedure.

We always make sure that we go the extra mile, the one that makes the difference, because we want to deliver the best possible service.
Creativity
Our ability to think outside the box is our strength and our pride
We believe that the real added value of a law firm often lies in its ability to put forward innovative solutions.
We do not hesitate to be daring and original : some successes can only be achieved in this way.
Combativity
We are tenacious and defend your interests in all circumstances
Some cases are more difficult than others, but few are lost in advance.
We do our utmost to exploit the weaknesses of the opponent's position and do not back down in the face of obstacles.
We make it a point of honour to build a clear, forceful and incisive case.
Sincerity
Sincerity
Nothing is more valuable to us than your trust
We fully realise that by entrusting us with your case, you are leaving much more than just a legal problem in our care.
That is why we guarantee absolute transparency about the strengths and weaknesses of your case and its progress.
We are always honest with you, regardless of the difficulties and the outcome of the dispute.
